Sundquist Homes is a residential builder for primarily North King and South Snohomish County and is headquartered in Lynnwood, Washington. Founded in 1974 by Clifford A. Sundquist and his son Larry J. Sundquist, the company of Sundquist Homes has been successfully owned and operated by Larry since 1983 and represents the third generation of residential construction activities in the Sundquist family.

Since 1974 Sundquist Homes has been an integral part of developing over 100 formal subdivisions, constructing over 1,000 single family residences and over 25 multi-family communities. Sundquist Homes has received an excellent reputation and continues to earn respect within the communities it serves.
