Organization Description:

Sundquist Homes is a residential builder/developer headquartered in
Lynnwood, Washington, which was founded in 1974 by Clifford A. Sundquist and
his son, Larry J. Sundquist.  Geographically we concentrate our building and
development activities in North King and South Snohomish County, but we are willing to analyze real estate investment opportunities in other areas close to our principal marketplace.  Our product line is purposefully designed for the widest niche in the marketplace - that of affordable housing.  This consists of the entry level market along with those buyers selecting their second home or wishing to downsize their residence as their family gets smaller.

Since 1974, Sundquist Homes and its affiliate companies including Phoenix Development, Incorporated, have developed over 100 formal subdivisions, numerous short plats, along with constructing over 1,000 single family homes and over 25 multifamily communities for its target marketplace.  The company has an excellent reputation and respect with elected officials and their professional staff in many jurisdictions.  The long-standing relationships assist Sundquist Homes in better understanding and meeting the increasing complexity of land use regulations and approvals at all levels of government.

The principals and employees of Sundquist Homes are proud to be residents of many of the communities in which the firm both develops and builds its homes.  We are concerned with both the quality of life in this area along with producing an affordable product for the consumer which will enhance the continued economic development in the Puget Sound.  While Sundquist Homes is not among the largest residential builder/developers, we are proud of our professional staff and the reputation we have earned from our peers in the housing industry and communities which comprise our marketplace.
